Before you begin your journey in nutritional therapy we offer you a free initial 20min consultation. This allows you to get an understanding of what you can gain from the sessions and and for the therapist to to start preparing a tailored protocol for you.
Your nutritional therapy journey unfolds in 3 phases:

Based on this, I may recommend functional and genetic testing to uncover underlying imbalances, such as nutrient deficiencies or food sensitivities.
