This dynamic yoga class is appropriate for complete beginners to those with a few years of experience in yoga. It will help you improve your posture, increase mobility in the main joints of your body, learn how to incorporate breathing in your yoga practice, perform the basic yoga asanas, including simple inversions such as headstand & pincha.
State Yoga is a beautiful, cozy studio with natural sun light, hosting some of the best yoga teachers in London. It is located at the heart of Highgate village; minutes walk from Hampstead Heath and Kenwood House or a short drive from Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Belsize Park.
