Yoga classes

Private sessions are tailored to your needs. In some instances, a combination of other disciplines such as pilates, fascia manipulation, strength work, and breathing exercises can be used. The goal of our sessions can be:

  • Recover from an injury
  • Develop your inversions practice
  • Start yoga from scratch (my favourite)

Both online and in-person sessions are available. I have more availability for online sessions but in-person ones in North & Central London can easily be arranged.



The investment per 55min session is £90-125. If you are not satisfied after the initial session you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. Email to enquire.


Breathing sessions

Breathwork is beneficial for individuals with:

  • Asthma
  • Anxiety
  • Depression, Alzheimers, ADHD
  • Sleeping disorders (incl. snoring)
  • High blood pressure
  • Cancer
  • Ambitions to improve their athletic performance

My approach to breathwork can be summarised to a merge of the: a. Buteyko Method principles, b. Yoga stretches and c. a series of physical manipulations.


Workplace Yoga

If you feel tight after 10 hours at the desk day in day out, I feel your pain. Having paid my dues in a trading desk for 6 years I am familiar with what it means to have an office job. Workplace yoga classes have some BIG benefits:

  • Interact with colleagues outside work, in an activity that doesn’t involve alcohol.
  • Reset your mind and nervous system prior to starting your day or during your lunch break.
  • Counteract the effects of meetings and 9 hours of sitting.
