It is normal to change our diet over time for 2 reasons:

  1. Our diet should evolve, ie. there is always space for improvement
  2. Our diet should adapt to our needs, which regularly change.

I often ask in consultations:
“How different is your diet now compared to 2, 5 years ago?”

The question surprises my clients which often answer: “It’s the same.” To which my response is:

“Clearly you have not done much work with your diet then recently.”
