#FreeBreathing mini-course: The role of breathing in the Nervous System.
In this FREE 5 video series, you will get to practice three powerful breathing exercises & attend two 5 minute lectures on the basics of breathing physiology. The course is designed for yoga teachers.
You will recieve an email two days apart to give you enough time to practice the exercises. I would recommend practicing the first three exercises more than once in order to start building neuro-connections between your respiratory and nervous system to achieve the desired effect.
