Breathing sessions
What are private breathing sessions like?
The breathing coaching you will receive, will depend on 2 things: a. Your goal and b. Your respiratory capacity. The first stage is to assess the biomechistry and biomechanics of your respiratory function and based on that develop a training program.
Some of my clients prefer to practice the exercises on their own and see me in order to update their program and ask questions, while others prefer to practice breathwork under my guidance.

What breathing techniques are included in the training?
80% of the exercises you will receive from me will be geared to help you breathe effortless when you are not conscious of your breath. While you may be familiar with the name of some of the exercises I will offer, the execution is different.
For example I often give box breathing to my clients, but the way they practice box breathing is not the same with how it is often taught, and for that reason the results are different.
My approach to breathwork can be summarised to a merge of the: a. Buteyko Method principles, b. Yoga stretches and c. a series of physical manipulations.
.
